EC 777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering on, or using the EC 777 platform — whether through our website at ec777.im or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the EC 777 platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EC 777 in relation to your use of the platform and supersede any prior understandings, representations, or agreements. EC 777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services available through EC 777, including but not limited to crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, CrashX), jackpot slots, fishing games, promotional offers, VIP Club membership, and the Refer a Friend programme. All users — whether registered members or casual visitors — are subject to these Terms when interacting with any part of the EC 777 platform.

To access real-money games on EC 777, you must register a member account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals (see Section 3 for eligibility requirements). When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one EC 777 account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held, and cancellation of any active bonuses.

Account Security

Verification Requirements

EC 777 may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending transactions.

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an EC 777 account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. EC 777 strictly enforces the 18+ policy and will request age verification documents where there is any reason to doubt a member's stated age.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence. You must not be under guardianship or otherwise legally restricted from entering into contracts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with EC 777 or any related gaming platform.
• Not a prohibited individual: Employees, agents, consultants, and their immediate family members who are directly involved in the operation of EC 777 are not permitted to hold player accounts.

EC 777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at EC 777's discretion — the current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the deposit section of your account.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at EC 777 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though EC 777 may impose limits on individual accounts during identity verification or compliance review periods.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically credited to your EC 777 wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant payment platform. Bank IBFT transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. EC 777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Your Funds Are Your Own

EC 777 holds player funds separately from operational funds. Your PKR balance in your EC 777 wallet is yours and is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 5 and any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Prohibited Funding Sources

You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Funding your EC 777 account using money obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. EC 777 conducts transaction monitoring and will flag suspicious deposit patterns for compliance review.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• Standard members: Withdrawals processed within 24 hours of request approval.
• VIP Gold members: Same-day processing for requests submitted before 8 PM PKT.
• VIP Diamond members: Instant to near-instant processing for approved withdrawal requests.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at EC 777 is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts depend on your VIP tier and may be adjusted during verification periods. Specific limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

EC 777 follows a same-method withdrawal policy wherever possible. Funds deposited via Easypaisa will typically be withdrawn to the same Easypaisa account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not specific to your account. If your original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, EC 777 support will assist with alternative arrangements following identity verification.

Wagering Requirements on Withdrawals

Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your EC 777 wallet. Only real-money funds (or bonus funds on which all wagering requirements have been met) are available for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus funds only — your real-money balance remains unaffected.

EC 777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including the welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and the Refer a Friend reward. General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses at EC 777 have wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the point of opt-in.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless EC 777 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are not a guarantee of profit. Their purpose is to extend your playing time and increase your opportunities — not to constitute a guaranteed return.
• EC 777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Members who have already claimed an active bonus will not have that bonus retrospectively altered.

Welcome Bonus

The 100% welcome bonus on first deposit is available to new EC 777 members only. It can be claimed once per household, per IP address, and per payment method. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise on the Promotions page at the time of your deposit.

Bonus Abuse

EC 777 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, systematically low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be suspended.

All games on the EC 777 platform are operated using Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are genuine audit-verified figures. EC 777 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes after bets have been placed.

Provably Fair Crash Games

Crash games on EC 777 — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and CrashX — use provably fair algorithms. The crash point for each round is determined by a combination of a server seed and a client seed before the round begins. Both seeds and the hash are published after each round, allowing players to independently verify that the outcome was not manipulated. Any player who wishes to verify a round result may do so using the seed information displayed in their game history.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including network interruption, server error, or game software failure — EC 777 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a clear outcome can be established from server data, it will be honoured. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be refunded to your EC 777 balance. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

Prohibited Game Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets on EC 777
• Exploiting technical errors, game bugs, or undocumented features for financial gain
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or unfairly exploit multiplayer mechanics
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or replicate EC 777's game software or RNG systems

Accounts found engaging in any of the above prohibited conduct will be suspended, associated winnings voided, and deposits may be held pending investigation.

EC 777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help members maintain a healthy relationship with gambling. • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your EC 777 account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

EC 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion. The most common reasons for account action are set out below.

Grounds for Account Action

• Providing false or inaccurate registration information, including date of birth, name, or payment details
• Holding more than one EC 777 account
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 6
• Breaching the prohibited game conduct rules in Section 7
• Failing to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity related to transactions on EC 777
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions

Account Closure by the Member

You may close your EC 777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure, any real-money balance will be refunded to your verified PKR payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe your account has been suspended unfairly, you may submit a formal dispute to EC 777 via the support email. EC 777 will review all relevant session data, transaction history, and game logs before responding. Most disputes are resolved within 5 business days. During a review period, the account suspension remains in place.

EC 777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EC 777's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds currently held in that member's EC 777 wallet.

EC 777 is Not Liable For

• Losses arising from gaming decisions made by the player
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions or network interruptions beyond EC 777's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to protect their login credentials
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

EC 777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, EC 777 will notify registered members via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect. The updated Terms will always be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the EC 777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9. No refund of any kind will be issued solely on the basis of a Terms amendment.
